I think our possessions like our passions say a lot about about us so I'm going to post--randomly--under a new category, some of  favourite things. Above is a photo of one of my pushbikes. Old, rusty but hellishly stylish.

I think it would be called a cruiser by my son Greg who would also think it is hellishly stylish!

I dare not ride a bike because of the balance so it was given away.

I am excited to see pics of the abode in progress!

Well Collet, I love that old bike and don't think I'll ever get rid of it. I'm pretty well finished my studio too so i'll post a pic soon.

Yay! I love it! I'm currently looking for an old and 'vintage'y' bike :)))
There surely be another series of Skins after the summer vacations, I suppose. How did you like the 3rd series?

thanks honey bunny. I'll do a post on my other bike sometime; It's'English racing green' with speed stripes and it's reallllly old, i think you'll like it

This bike is great... I can't wait to ride mine around the city, as soon as I brush out the cobwebs between the handle bars that is, and whipe the dust off the seat, and try and get rid of the rust.... It's quite a beautiful yellow beneath it all!

wow charlotte, riding your bike through the city sounds like such a treat! i'm yet to take my babies out on the open pavement but i look forward to when it finally happens
